 The 'Whale' as seen from Diamond Head Sometimes black and white does more justice than color, as in this case where the sunlight and reflection was so intense that it washed out some of the color but made for a nice contrast for black and white photography. This photo was made last week while on a hike up Diamond Head crater. (I began the month (April) with a shot of a whale and ended it with one, 56 photos in all - my most prolific month to date.
