![]() A Glass of Wine with a Bottle to Go This photo was made to satisfy the requirements of a photo challenge. The challenge required the use of a single light source. I chose to use an old flash attachment from a minolta SRT200, hand firing it as needed. The room was otherwise in complete darkness. To set this up I used a 30 second exposure in the dark and fired the hand-helf flash several times until I got the lighting effect I was looking for. The still life consisted of a glass of wine, an unopened bottle of Penfolds, and a black lacquer serving tray to hold the glass and bottle. It took about 20 separate shots to come up with this one.
