Outrigger canoe

Not Your Basic Beachboys

This photo was made from my lanai, looking down on the Ala Wai Canal in Honolulu. The Ala Wai is used by outrigger canoe enthusiasts and others for training and pleasure purposes. This morning, as I was drinking my coffee a crew of 'beachboys' paddled by. My camera was at hand so I snapped a quick photo. They definitely are not your basic beachboys...not a guitar in sight.

ISO 100, 1/125s, f/5.6, 300mm of 70-300mm
