 First Sighting of the Islands At night, arriving in the islands by boat is a beautiful and almost magical experience. Everywhere there is blue, darker in some places, a bit lighter in others, but mostly just deep, disorienting blue. It is a welcome sight to see the first island lights peek over the horizon.
