![]() Two Leaves The vibrant color of the green leaf posted yesterday is opposed by the neutral, even camoflage color of the large leaf in this image. While you may be tempted to think that I used desaturation or selective color to mute the gray/green of today's large leaf, nothing could be further from the truth. These two leaves are presented in their authentic colors, without postprocessing hues or using color altering tools. The large leaf is as big as the one in yesterday's post. I was standing further away from the leaves this time, so the scale is not quite so dramatic. Here, it is the variagated colors that are interesting, almost as if the large leaf were clothed in military fatigues. ISO 100, 1/80s, f/5.6, 42mm of 18-55mm | |
