 Silver and Black Duotone I was experimenting with duotones recently, using a rather ordinary photo of some small plants, and ended up with a rather metalic looking rendition of the photo. In the original, the silver areas were bright green with a good deal of reflected light. During the conversion process the reflected light turned the leaves silver/gray. The duotone processing then turned the silver/gray into a rather metalic look, as if the leaves were made of foil. ISO 400, 1/500s, f/5.6, 55mm of 18-55mm | |
