![]() An Infusion of Places While lying on a couch in my living room this evening I noticed reflections from my room intersecting with windows and doors from the building across the Ala Wai Canal. I got interested in the idea of different places sharing a common space, at least visually, with my living space and theirs sharing a common visual plane. I don't think this quite rises to the level of surrealism (it is, after all, only a reflection) because there is no emphasis of dreams, consciousness, or other concepts that dominate surrealism. It does distort reality, though, at least in a two dimensional way. ISO 1600, 1/50s, f/4.0, e.c. -2, 70mm of 70-300mm | |
