 Pond Flowers I was off-island for the past several days and have been unable to post any photos, but had the opportunity to be the event photographer for a charity golf tournament on the island of Maui. It was great fun (taking the photographs) and a lot of work (being part of the volunteers who did all the heavy lifting staging the event). The charity is one I regularly work with on a volunteer basis, so being asked to photograph the event was something I wasn't about to turn down. Having an excuse to go to Maui for the weekend was a treat too. Besides making more than 700 photos for the event I had a chance to do some personal shooting. This week I will be posting some of the latter images, starting with these flowers growing along the edge of a pond.
