![]() After the Rains Passed A brief shower passed through Honolulu late in the afternoon two days ago and as it passed the clouds parted on the horizon so the sun could throw light across the cityscape. This image shows the mouth of the Ala Wai Canal and a portion of the harbor filled with moored sailboats. I love the quality of light at this time of the day. Sometimes photos shot with this light look like paintings to me. This is photo number 900 posted on this site. It's been a lot of fun and I appreciate all the comments.
