 Happy New Year At the request of my friend, Ken, I am posting a couple of Chineses New Year's photos. These were made a week ago, but New Years is today so I am posting them now. A group of friends and family dined in Chinatown tonight and enjoyed good food, company, and celebrations, which included fireworks outside the main door of the restaurant and dancing lions that pranced into and throughout the interior of the restaurant while drums were thundering outside. (Not your basic quiet meal for two tonight.) The photos show more of the celebrations at the Chinese Cultural Plaza. The rain didn't dampen the spirits of the crowd or the performance of the dancers. | |
